1. Platform Overview

Stratton Arkmont is a marketplace platform that facilitates trades between buyers and sellers of virtual items and services for Ark: Survival Ascended. We are not a seller. We provide the escrow infrastructure and dispute resolution.

2. Escrow & Refund Policy

All payments are held in escrow until the buyer confirms delivery. If a seller fails to deliver, buyers may open a dispute. Our admin team reviews evidence from both parties and issues refunds where appropriate. After the buyer confirms delivery, a 1-hour dispute window applies. After this window, funds are released to the seller and cannot be reversed.

3. Dispute Resolution

Disputes are resolved by our admin team within 24 hours. Both parties may submit evidence (screenshots, messages). Resolutions include full refund to buyer, full release to seller, or a 50/50 split. Admin decisions are final.

4. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers must confirm delivery honestly. Falsely claiming non-delivery to obtain a refund constitutes fraud and will result in account termination.

5. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must deliver items/services as described in their listings. Sellers must respond to orders in a timely manner and maintain accurate stock levels.

6. Prohibited Activities

Fraud, scamming, account sharing, use of stolen payment methods, harassment, and manipulation of the reputation system are prohibited. Violations result in permanent bans.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Pending escrow balances will be handled per our dispute process.

8. Virtual Items Disclaimer

We make no guarantees regarding in-game items. Wildcard / Studio Wildcard may independently ban accounts or modify game mechanics. We are not responsible for actions taken by the game developer.

9. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.

10. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
